About Us

Frontier Shelters has been around for three decades and counting. Buying land, developing plots and selling them as part of a gated community across Bangalore was something we have been good at for over 30 years. And this also includes building several commercials, villas and hotels in Bangalore’s posh Koramangala area.
Now, we are poised to become a builder of repute by constructing state-of-the-art commercial and residential buildings in addition to residential villas and malls. That’s not all. We intend to expand to Mysore and other parts of Karnataka.

LEADERSHIP

Frontier Shelters as a Group has a strong presence in Bangalore Real estate. This is all because of the promoters behind this Company. The Key Managing Director is Mr. Anand Reddy who is a Civil Contractor since 1980 onwards. Mr. Anand is a Graduate by his educational qualification. He has more than 35 years of experience in Civil constructions especially in buildings and independent bungalows.

He has translated his strong vision with hard work and has built a strong brand called Frontier Shelters. He has complete construction expertise in all divisions of Construction Industry. He has built more than 7 lakh square feet in his individual capacity and in the name of Frontier Shelters.

In Bangalore in the 1980’s and 1990’s BBMP was called as ITI Sanitary Board. Mr. Anand Reddy was working closely with this department and has done many State Government projects since 1980 to late 1990’s.

Mr. Anand Reddy as a professional Civil contractor has executed many Civil and Government sub - contracts before he started constructing independent bungalows and apartments in Bangalore. He is a local resident in Koramangala since his forefather’s time.

In Bangalore, he has successfully completed more than 20 projects since 1990s where he has bought lands, got them converted, made into approved layouts and constructed independent bungalows for those who wanted to construct immediately.

He has designed Layouts andconstructed more than 300 independent bungalows and houses in his layouts in important areas like HSR Layout, K R Puram, Kalkeri, Ramamurthynagar, Hosur Road, T C Pallya and in Yerranpallya which are less than 12 Kms to M G Road.

During 1990’s and early 2000’s he has purchased some properties in his family name and in his personal name. He has constructed in one of them Koramangala Residency which is a service apartment having more than 50 rooms constructed which is near the indoor stadium of Koramangala. In another they have constructed one more Hotel on 100 feet road Koramangala which has 35 rooms and has been given on lease to Fab Hotels. He has his own house in Koramangala. He has one more property in Koramangala opposite to Nandhana Palace which has been given on lease to another hotel.

Mr. Anand Reddy had a clear vision in his mind to capitalise real estate market in Bangalore which was yet to take off in 1995-2000 and he did more than 20 ventures in the above-mentioned areas which are now key BDA properties.

In the early 1990’s Mr. Anand Reddy had purchased 2.5 acres opposite to Mata Amritha University closer to Wipro Corporate office by 2.5 kms where the Prestigious Project “Frontier Heights” of 200 apartments are coming up. In Frontier Heights Project there are already 20% bookings and will be handed over by Dec 2019- March 2020. This Property is close to Outer Ring Road , Wipro and even Electronic city where there are more than 200 Companies with 1.5 lakh employees.

He has appointed in this new project “Frontier Heights “CBRE who are taking care of Sales. He also has an inhouse Sales team which does sales from their existing customers and references. He has more than 1000 satisfied customers from all his townships he had made. As he is constructing a high rise of G+12 floors he has used one of the best Architects “Team 2 “located at Lavelle Road, Bangalore. He has also used SV Builders who are their Civil Contractors. SV Builders are with the top 20 builders in Bangalore and experts in constructing high rise towers. There will be 5 towers coming up with all amenities like club house, swimming pool, state of the art gym and sports.This will be a landmark in this area and one of the most desirable addresses to live in . His focus was to build and design apartments which are Vaastu complaint. His dream is to see that it comes out as one of the best residential campus in Bangalore.

Mr. Anand Reddy is involved in various departments of execution of the Projects. He has brought in his 30 years + previous years of Expertise into his constructions. He is a seasoned Civil Contractor for the past 30 years and he is seriously involved in the Construction phases of each Project and handling a complete team of Engineers and Contractors.

He also manages the material testing departments to see that quality products are used in construction. Timing of Construction phases are properly managed by him. Project site management and control on execution of Projects were key to his success. Proper Cash flows to various Projects were also been looked after by him.

Mr. Anand Reddy is involved in land procurement and development which created start to finish of a good layout consisting of Independent houses and Commercial spaces. He has always focussed on middle class and higher middle class of Bangalore.

Frontier Shelters will be shortly launching in Jayanagar a luxury apartment project consisting of 100 apartments and in 2018 a budget apartment project on his own land at Ramamurthynagar which is 5 kms away from Indiranagar , Bangalore and is 2 acres of land. There will be more than 250 apartments and all will be budget apartments in the range of 40 lacs which can be sold at a faster pace as there is high demand in that area.

He also understood that not all will buy apartments in Bangalore. He has started identifying areas where there is a large population which has a work force in manufacturing and the famous IT crowd. He has identified Hoskote due to good demand from IT employees and from the Indo Japanese corridor at Narsapura which has more than 30000 employees. He would like to do a township in a land area of more than 50 acres of land and due diligence is on . He wants to give Villa Plots as an alternative investment option for young working class having high aspirations. He has done more than 20 ventures in the past .

Hoskote area has more than 200 companies and the most famous Beary’s Global Tech Park in less than 10 kms which houses more than 40 companies like Schneider Electric, Lakme, Accenture etc and a work force of 20000 are working in 3 shifts.

This work force in Beary’s Global Tech park spurred Brigade Enterprises which is in the Top 3 builders of Bangalore to start another Global Tech Park with office spaces and a Mall exactly at the Hoskote toll gate. This Global Tech Park will be housing another 40 companies like Mercedes, JP Morgan, Amazon etc where fitouts are happening. This will create immediate employment of another 8000 in the same Tech park. The Mall is called Orion East and a large Retail space of 75000 square feet.. Seeing this Prestige, Beary’s, RMZ, Salarpuria to start Global Tech Parks near Hoskote Toll gate. Salarpuria has already functioned their Salarpuria Sattva World markets which has a workforce of 1000 working in various shifts.

The plots will be priced from 20 Lacs Plus onwards and are in sizes of 1200 sft to 1500 sft. There is another Industrial estate which has 95% companies from Japan namely Lumax, Honda, Nissan etc which has a workforce of 30000 employees.

This area has 10 International schools and 2 Medical colleges.

His son Prithvi has already joined the Company and is taking care of Sales and Marketing.Mr. Anand has sound knowledge of execution of Projects with quality materials and finishing products and he is able to design homes as per purchaser’s taste and today there are more than 1000 families who have purchased Plots and houses and they swear by his name. He has become a successful Entrepreneur in Real estate - building quality & aesthetic homes.

He has always selected land parcels in premium urban colonies having a good profile of customers who seek homes with care, design, architecture and quality. There has always been special emphasis on the legal aspects of the land which created faster pace of completion of projects with name and fame in Bangalore.

He has built a strong team in Engineering, Construction, Execution, legal, finance, Customer services and in Sales departments. He has built a strong empire and he and his team have witnessed Real estate boom, a fall and pickup in Bangalore markets. This has made them to be a stronger person who can deliver results in projects even in boom and fall times. They have always kept their timelines and have delivered to the needy customers in time.
